Jenna Wilson, Nutrition Practitioner and Personal Trainer

I'm a Certified Nutrition Practitioner aiming to help individuals combat stress, fuel their body, and improve their quality of life.

 

 

My journey started by me realizing how important what we put into our body really is. Due to chronic diseases arising in my family, I wanted to make sure patterns didn’t repeat themselves. Your overall lifestyle (food, exercise, headspace) affects your body on a cellular level everyday. From a young age I suffered from skin inflammation such as acne, eczema, and shingles. Knowing what I now know, that was my body asking for help.

Your body is very smart. We need to start listening to it more. Everyday it is trying to tell you something. Whether it be through your skin, digestive system or mood. 

​

Working with individuals one on one, I grew to love seeing how unique each person is. I believe through science and holistic practices we can prevent chronic diseases and allow our bodies to truly look and feel amazing everyday.
